Jerrianne Jackson, CEcD, is a wife, mother, and entrepreneurial economic development strategist dedicated to strengthening small-business ecosystems. As Chief Ecosystem Officer and Founder of BluOak, she equips small businesses with the clarity and confidence to grow through ecosystem readiness assessments, strategic workshops, and practical tools for navigating decisions involving customers, capital, and commercial real estate.

With over 15 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs in local government and nonprofit roles, Jerrianne understands the challenges faced by mission-driven and underserved businesses. Her work bridges economic development strategy with real-world entrepreneurial support, helping business owners identify and leverage the networks, partners, and resources essential for growth.

Jerrianne holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Winthrop University and is currently pursuing her MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Clemson University. She is also the owner of Blu J Agency, a residential real estate firm, and Blu Place, a historic event and meeting venue in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

A committed community leader, Jerrianne is the Chairperson of the Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation's Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee. She is the former President of the Piedmont Regional Association of Realtors and a 20+ year active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. A Certified International Economic Developer (CEcD), she brings strategic insight, lived entrepreneurial experience, and a deep commitment to community advancement to all her work.
